The Company was established in the year 1997 as a kachchi ghani Mustard Oil Manufacturing Unit.

The unit made good progress & even surpassed its own estimates in every year of operations. Initially, the Company established its Unit at Galla Mandi, mid of the city Bhind in its own premises in the year 1998, but seeing the tremendous growth of the Unit, management decided and shift the unit to a new location outside the city. In the year 2001, Company open a Branch Office at Etawah (UP) and in the year 2003 at Gwalior.

Earlier the Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company which turn into Limited Company in the year 2004. Ganpati Oil & Foods Ltd. (GOFL) has established an impressive track record with in a short period of 8 years since its inception in 1997.

The promoters decided to shift the above Unit from Galla Mandi to nearby Village Deenpura situated on National Highway No 92, Bhind-Etawah Road. In Jan 2001, promoters acquired a piece of land at Gram Deenpura and reestablished its Plant along with the expansion of capacity and modernization of plant.

The Company developed its brand "DO GULAB" and has created a positive image in the market with respect to quality and health safety. Now, "DO GULAB" as a brand name is very famous in the markets all across northern states like Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chhatisgarh, Rajsthan, New Delhi and north-east states like West Bengal, Assam & Bihar. Ganpati Group is ISO-9001 certified and is on its way soon to receive prestigious HACCP certification from the Central Govt. The Group has also appointed dealers and distributors at different areas of the county and have a complete marketing network to promote its products.

The Company owns 30 depots at various major cities and towns. We have an extensive network of 500 dealers and 50000 retailers in different parts of the country to market our products. The Company has established an impressive track record in terms of growth in sales, profitability, returns, market share, goodwill etc.
